1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use this store.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Customer: Any person or entity that purchases goods or services from the Store.
  • Goods: The products or services that are offered for sale on the Store.
  • Merchant: The owner and operator of the Store.
  • Order: A request by a Customer to purchase Goods from the Merchant.
  • Store: The Shopify store that is operated by the Merchant.

3. Purchase of Goods

To purchase Goods from the Store, the Customer must follow the checkout process and provide the required information. Once the Customer has completed the checkout process, the Merchant will review the Order and send the Customer an Order confirmation email. The Order will be processed once the Customer has paid for the Goods in full.

4. Payment

The Customer must pay for the Goods in full before the Order will be processed. The Merchant accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • PayPal
  • Other payment methods as approved by the Merchant

5. Delivery

The Merchant will deliver the Goods to the Customer's nominated delivery address within the agreed timeframe. The Merchant reserves the right to charge the Customer for delivery costs.

6. Returns and Refunds

The Customer has the right to return the Goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The Merchant will refund the Customer's purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Merchant owns all intellectual property rights in the Store, including the website design, trademarks, and copyrights. The Customer may not use any of the Merchant's intellectual property rights without the Merchant's prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Merchant is not liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Store, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the Merchant and the Customer with respect to the use of the Store.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms of Service and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both the Merchant and the Customer.

13. Notices

All notices and other communications under these Terms of Service shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

or to such other address as either party may designate in writing from time to time.

14. Headings

The headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

15. Counterparts

These Terms of Service may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
