Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for all items purchased from our Shopify store. To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your order confirmation email and click on the "Return Item" button.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
5. Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the package and drop it off at any Royal Mail post office.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

We offer full refunds for all returned items, minus the cost of return shipping (if applicable). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s).

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Final sale items
• Items that have been worn, used, or damaged
• Personalized items
• Items that are made to order
